We participate in many insurance plans, including:

• Cigna, MetLife, Delta Dental PPO, United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna
• Sunlight Financial, Mutual of Omaha, United Concordia
• Blue Cross Blue Shield—please call our office to find out if we participate in your specific BCBS plan

If we don’t participate in your insurance plan, we are still happy to work with your insurance company and submit claims for you.

We ask that you pay your portion of the cost at the time of service.
