Implant Retained Denture or All on Four Denture

Its a new option for a person loosing their teeth or have already lost their teeth. We actually place 4 to 6 implants as needed for the individuals situation. The implants are placed at angles designed for maximum retention. We fabricate a temporary denture for the healing phase that is screw retained and it is placed the day of the surgery.

The healing phase is 4 to 6 months and then we fabricate the permanent denture that is screw retained. Its very different than the traditional denture in the sense it doesn’t rest on the tissue but on the implants so its far more comfortable. The implants help maintain the volume of bone in the jaw that the traditional denture does not. So for the long term its much better treatment.
